2010-2011 New Family Enrollment Information
We are very excited that you are interested in enrolling your child at Cornerstone Christian Academy for the 2010-2011 school year. This is where you can find all the documents relating to the admissions packet online. You will need to print out the forms after they are completed, or to be filled out by the appropriate person; if you do not have access to a printer you are welcome to call our office or come and visit and request a paper application. All Forms/Applications must be filled out by the appropriate person, signed, and returned to the school in order to ensure that your child's application is complete.
